The One with James Adcock

It was back in 2021 that professional football referee James Adcock shared his story with us on the show, and opened up to the world for the first time about the fact that he just so happens to be gay.

It was something that made headlines right around the world, with James becoming one of the highest-profile male officials to open up about their sexuality

A lot has changed for James in the time between then and now – he’s left officiating behind, got even more into his fitness, and there’s the small matter of an engagement to talk about as well.
