“I’m proud to represent the community, and I’m also here to main event the big promotions and prove myself to everyone”
It’s been a little while since Adam Bolt has joined us on The Jack Murley Sports Show – which means there’s plenty to dive into with this trailblazing UK professional wrestler who has got people talking on both sides of the Atlantic.
In the UK, he’s the longest-reigning Pride Champion in the history of True Grit Wrestling, and has put on Match of the Year contenders with the likes of Tony Wright and others.
In the USA, he’s turning heads as well – including with a trip to train alongside the legendary Nattie Neidhart from the incomparable Hart wrestling dynasty.
Plus, Adam is doing it all while still proudly representing the LGBTQ+ community – and showing that the queer community in wrestling can make change happen, simply by showing up as their authentic selves.
So, it’s amazing to have Adam back on the pod for a chat – and this is an episode that we think you’ll love, just like we always love having Adam on the show.

What started as a tongue-in-cheek comment on social media about gay men being told to “lock in” with their fitness goals turned into one of the most interesting and unexpected conversations we’ve had on The Jack Murley Sports Show. 💬🏳️🌈

The unique barriers LGBTQ+ people can face when it comes to getting active
What health, movement and wellbeing really mean beyond aesthetics
Why visibility, authenticity and community are key to making fitness more inclusive
