Clocked 48.47s in the 400m hurdles — the sixth-fastest time ever by a UK runner
Won bronze at the British Championships
Represented Team GB in the 4x400m relay at the European Indoors
Hitting the qualification time for the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo 🌍🏅
